Manchester Ordinary people are being priced out of living in Manchester city centre by foreign investors buying properties, the BBC has been told.

That is always one the worries of visitorsinmanchester.com and it has been mentioned for years and so many times if you go back to our old articles and the page about this site. It has been mentioned that tourism might disadvantage local if not controlled properly,  And you will see that this site

Promotes tourism that doesn't disadvantage locals

Promotes tourism that benefits all not just a few ( visitorsinmanchester.com is not inclined to any party )

and  People come first materials come second.

visitorsinmanchester.com touches subjects other tourist sites won't.

Manchester Ordinary people are being priced out of living in Manchester city centre

Thanks to the BBC for highlighting this important issue

visitorsinmanchester.com will publish an article, About Gold Stan, a New Emarit in Europe to accommodate the tourist population then local people won't be pushed out to make room for tourists. Just to compare the situation in Manchester and Dubai, the people there provided with free houses and have free money from the government now and then, properly to compensate them for the inconvenient of having the tourist industry and with all the side effects that come with it. What the Mancunians get, pushed out of the city !!!

visitorsinmanchester.com has no doubt that the intention is good but the results are not to everyone liking. We have London as an example and we do not like to see Greater Manchester have the same situation/fate for the locals.
